1. Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

If you purchase from us online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to provide a reason.

Once you have informed us, you must return the goods within 14 days.



2. Condition of Returned Items

For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned:
• unused
• unlit
• in their original packaging
• in a resaleable condition

You may handle the goods only as necessary to inspect them.

If an item is returned used, damaged, or not in its original condition, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.



3. Return Shipping (Change of Mind)

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind:
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
• Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.



4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, or proof that it has been sent back, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

If your cancellation is valid, we will also refund the original standard delivery cost.
If you selected a premium or express delivery option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.



5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:
• faulty
• damaged
• not as described

Include your order number and, where possible, photographs.

In these cases:
• You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund
• We will cover reasonable return shipping costs



6. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Under UK consumer law, if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may have the right to:
• reject the goods and receive a full refund (within 30 days)
• request a repair or replacement
• request a refund if a repair or replacement is not possible

These rights are separate from and in addition to your change-of-mind cancellation rights.
